These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ji9 ("ji9", "we", "us", "our") regarding your access to and use of the ji9 online gaming platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services and customer support provided through ji9. Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account or placing any bet or wager on ji9. By registering an account, logging in or using any part of the ji9 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
ji9 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ji9 will provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email. Continued use of ji9 following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for any changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the ji9 platform immediately and contact support to close your account.
Important: ji9 is strictly an 18+ platform in jurisdictions that permit 18+ gaming. In Bangladesh, ji9 applies a voluntary 21+ age policy. Players who are under the applicable minimum age are strictly prohibited from registering or using the ji9 platform in any capacity. ji9 reserves the right to require age verification at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

Detailed clauses governing your use of ji9
Section 1
Eligibility and Account Registration
To register and use a ji9 account, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person (corporate accounts are not accepted); (c) provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information including your full name, date of birth, email address and contact number; (d) not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law; (e) not be a current employee, contractor or agent of ji9 or any of its affiliated companies; and (f) not be registered as a self-excluded player on ji9 or any associated platform. By registering, you warrant that all information you provide is true, accurate and not misleading. ji9 reserves the right to request supporting documentation (such as a copy of a national ID card or passport) to verify your identity, age and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe ji9 specifies may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.
Section 2
Account Security and Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ji9 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. ji9 will never ask you for your password directly. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify ji9 support immediately. ji9 reserves the right to suspend any account where there are reasonable grounds to suspect security has been compromised. You must ensure that your contact details (email address, mobile number) remain current — ji9 is not liable for failed communications resulting from outdated contact information.
Section 3
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing
ji9 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and select bank card methods. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. ji9 does not charge platform fees on deposits. Processing times for withdrawals depend on the payment method selected and are typically completed within minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and within one to three business days for bank transfer methods. ji9 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. All transactions must be made in your own name and from payment methods registered in your own name. ji9 does not accept payments from third-party accounts, credit lines, or borrowed funds. Deposits and withdrawals made in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) are processed at face value with no currency conversion applied by ji9.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
All bonuses and promotions offered by ji9 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements (rollover conditions), time limits, game restrictions and maximum withdrawal limits. Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn. ji9 will publish the specific terms applicable to each bonus or promotion on the relevant promotion page. Where a general welcome bonus is offered: the standard wagering requirement is stated on the promotion page; bonus funds may only be used on eligible games (certain live casino and slots games may be excluded); and ji9 reserves the right to void bonus winnings where it reasonably suspects abuse of the bonus system, including but not limited to multi-accounting, arbitrage betting or exploiting game errors. Bonus abuse will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings.
Section 5
Prohibited Activities and Fair Play
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ji9 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account: (a) registering more than one account (multi-accounting); (b) using automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the ji9 platform in place of manual play; (c) engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or odds; (d) exploiting software errors, bugs or glitches — any winnings derived from a demonstrable software error may be voided by ji9; (e) engaging in money laundering, fraud or any activity that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable Bangladeshi law; (f) providing false or misleading information during the registration or verification process; (g) allowing minors (persons under 21) to access your ji9 account. ji9 co-operates fully with law enforcement agencies and will report suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
Section 6
Intellectual Property
All content on the ji9 platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, text, images, trademarks, service marks and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the intellectual property of ji9 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the ji9 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify or create derivative works from any part of the ji9 platform without the prior written consent of ji9 or the relevant rights holder.
Section 7
Limitation of Liability
ji9 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ji9 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. ji9 shall not be liable for: (a) any interruption, suspension or termination of the platform due to technical maintenance, server failures, network outages or circumstances beyond ji9's reasonable control; (b) loss of data, profits, revenue, business or goodwill arising from your use of ji9; (c) any winnings or prizes that cannot be delivered due to technical errors, provided that ji9 makes commercially reasonable efforts to resolve such errors. ji9's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident.
Section 8
Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
ji9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its players. ji9 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings: (a) Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit; (b) Session Time Reminders — receive alerts after a defined period of continuous play; (c) Self-Exclusion — permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the ji9 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion is applied, ji9 will take reasonable steps to prevent you from accessing the platform and to suspend any promotional communications to you. Circumventing a self-exclusion (for example, by registering a new account) is a breach of these Terms and ji9 will close any account opened in violation of an active self-exclusion. Players in distress are encouraged to contact ji9 support or seek assistance from local responsible gambling support organisations.
Section 9
Privacy and Data Protection
ji9 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using ji9, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ji9 uses SSL encryption to protect data in transit and applies industry-standard security measures to protect data at rest. ji9 does not sell, rent or otherwise disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit prior consent, except where disclosure is required by applicable law, regulation or legal process.
Section 10
Account Closure and Termination
You may close your ji9 account at any time by contacting ji9 support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deducting any applicable bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be refunded to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to identity verification. ji9 may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) ji9 is required to do so by law, regulation or order of a competent authority; (c) ji9 reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering or criminal activity in connection with your account; or (d) you provide false or misleading information during registration or verification. Where ji9 closes your account for cause, ji9 reserves the right to withhold any funds in your account pending investigation and, where applicable, to report the matter to relevant authorities.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ji9 platform, ji9 encourages you to contact ji9 support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. ji9 aims to resolve all player disputes within a reasonable time and in good faith. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi consumer protection legislation.
Section 12
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ji9 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties and understandings of any nature. No waiver by ji9 of any breach of these Terms shall be considered a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision. The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provision.
